You are as bright as the sun
that lights this world, I am as dark as the moon that
gives this world it's darkness.

Together we are as day an night
working as one.

When you came to this town
you were hoping for bright light,
stars. And you ended up seeing nothing but darkness,
pain.

You opened my eyes to let me see
there is beauty in this darkness
that I've brought in your life.

Such beauty that makes you
fight harder for every minute
of that wanting light.

Not only did my eyes open
but my heart as well. It adores
you with every touch, sound that
you send me.

You brought so much hope in my life
by you just caring for me.
